1. Project name and purpose
ThaiRakRot is a software platform for vehicle rental businesses and individual owners. It helps track technical condition and maintenance of bikes and other vehicles, manage companies and rent points, run bookings, and handle vehicle issue and return workflows, including customer and contract data needed for rental operations. These Terms apply to the ThaiRakRot website and to the ThaiRakRot mobile applications for iOS and Android.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ThaiRakRot — including the website and the iOS and Android apps — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or disrupt the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, including fleet and maintenance records and — for companies / rent points — customer data collected for booking and vehicle issue (name, surname, phone, documents, residential address, and related rental information). The Platform is under continuous development. Updates and maintenance may cause temporary disruptions, including brief unavailability or changes to features. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.
4. Compliance with local law
You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Platform is permitted under the laws of your country of residence and/or citizenship, and under the laws applicable to your rental business. If use of the Platform conflicts with applicable local law, use is prohibited for you. You must stop using the Platform immediately and delete your account if you have one. The Platform does not guarantee that the service is available or lawful in every jurisdiction.
5. Accounts, access, and paid subscription
Some features may be available free of charge; other features may require a paid subscription or plan. Payment terms, if any, are shown at the time of purchase. Having a paid subscription does not create any warranty beyond what is stated in these Terms. Paid access means continued permission to use the corresponding features according to the plan, not a guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted software. 6. Intellectual property
The Platform software, design, branding, and related materials are the property of the Platform authors or their licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Platform except as expressly allowed in writing.
7. Disclaimer of warranties (“as is”)
THE SOFTWARE AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF YOU HAVE A PAID SUBSCRIPTION. Without limiting the above: we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of defects; that fleet, maintenance, booking, or customer records will always be complete or error-free; or that the Platform will meet every business or legal requirement of your rental operations. If the Platform works incorrectly, the authors will make every reasonable effort to investigate and eliminate the causes of the malfunction as promptly as practicable. This support effort is a good-faith operational commitment and does not constitute a warranty, service-level agreement, or guarantee of fix timelines or outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or rental/operational losses arising from use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including issues related to vehicle condition tracking, bookings, contracts, or customer data handling. Companies and rent points remain responsible for their own compliance with rental, consumer, and data-protection laws, and for decisions they make based on information in the Platform.
9. Prepayments and landlord verification
ThaiRakRot is a software platform that lists vehicles and landlords. It is not a party to rental contracts between renters and landlords, and it does not collect, hold, or guarantee prepayments, deposits, or other payments made to a landlord. Catalog prices are indicative. You must confirm the exact price and terms directly with the landlord. If you make a prepayment, deposit, or any other transfer to a landlord (or to a person claiming to be a landlord), you do so at your own risk. The vehicle renter must independently verify the landlord’s reliability before sending money — including by checking contacts, the listing, and the company or rent-point profile. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThaiRakRot and its authors are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from prepayments, deposits, or other payments made to a landlord, including fraud, mistaken transfers, or a landlord’s failure to provide the vehicle or honour the booking.
10. Catalog, fleet, and company details
The list of vehicles and other equipment shown on the Platform is provided for information only and may differ from the company’s current fleet, availability, prices, and rental conditions. You must contact the landlord or company directly to confirm the current situation before relying on a listing or making any arrangements. Company listings, profiles, contact details, and legal or payment details (including company name, addresses, and bank or payment requisites) may change. ThaiRakRot does not warrant that such information is complete, current, or accurate at any given time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
