Right now the Starter plan fits: it covers a fleet of up to 20 vehicles. The subscription is 190 baht per month. A yearly subscription is 1,900 baht per year, and we include 2 months as a gift. If the fleet grows beyond 20 vehicles, you will need to move to Standard (21–50 vehicles). That plan is 390 baht per month or 3,900 baht per year. When you switch from one plan to another, you pay the price difference for the unused days (the amount is an estimate).

The version without a subscription lets you add up to 20 vehicles. A vehicle gallery can have up to 5 photos; other actions (inspection, refuel, charge, service, rental photos) allow 1 photo each. A paid subscription removes the photo limits. The number of vehicles then follows the plan you choose.

It is the same account and the same data. The web version is the site in a browser (thairakrot.com). It is better for setting up a company and rent point, prices, contract templates, and for viewing the dashboard, cash journal, and clock-in journal on a large screen. Printable document templates are created only on the web. The mobile version is the iOS and Android apps for work at the point: clock-in with a photo and location check, issue and return, inspection, and refuel. For staff with a phone next to the vehicle, the app is more convenient. Use the web for settings and reports; use the phone during the shift at the point.

The subscription covers the whole company and the total number of vehicles, regardless of how many rent points you have. Your company has 52 vehicles in total. The Business plan fits (51–100 vehicles): 790 baht per month or 7,900 baht per year. The first 30 days of use are free.
